Early in the night they are still serving food say 9-10. after that mostly people drinking. There is a lil dance ares that's filled up creating an intimate mash-up like experience that's a total blast! You should definitely come and check it out 
Your right though, it's not a club like atmosphere, but it is a great place in the centre of downtown Orlando with a bayou like atmosphere a; a surprisingly perfect place to rock-out to some dubstep.
